Transforming this home’s outdoor spaces required a combination of thoughtful design, material integration, and lighting innovation. The existing front entryway lacked character, with an outdated driveway and overgrown plants. Greenway removed the entire front yard's driveway, hardscape, and landscaping, installing a Belgard Dimensions paver driveway with charcoal edging and in-ground lighting for a sleek, modern touch. The Belgard Mega Arbel pathway leading from the street to the new front yard courtyard defined the space, incorporating matching charcoal edging to create a cohesive, stylish design.
To give the homeowner her dream front yard social space, we enclosed the courtyard using Belgard BelAir 2.0 stacking block retaining walls with charcoal caps and integrated strip lighting beneath the caps and steps. This created a warm, glowing retreat perfect for evening gatherings. The planters were completely renovated with improved drainage, irrigation, and lush new plants, creating a welcoming entrance for guests.
In the backyard, Greenway remodeled the existing firepit seating area, enhancing it with modern veneer and Belgard Mega Arbel pavers. We added winding pathways with modern path lighting, seamlessly leading to the homeowner’s private seating area. One of her biggest concerns was a trip hazard at the guest room exit, where a small landing step could be dangerous for elderly guests at her upcoming party. To resolve this, we built a wrap-around elevated patio with step lights, ensuring maximum safety and accessibility.

- Cohesive Material Selection – Using Belgard Mega Arbel and Belgard Dimensions pavers with charcoal edging throughout the property ensured a unified and modern look.

- Functional Social Spaces – Designing the front yard courtyard and backyard seating areas to encourage relaxation and gatherings.
- Safety & Accessibility – Addressing trip hazards with step lighting, wrap-around elevated patios, and well-lit pathways for enhanced security.
- Low-Maintenance Landscaping – Implementing drought-tolerant plants, efficient irrigation, and rock garden islands to create a stunning yet sustainable outdoor environment.
