Our uniformed crews arrive on time and work to meet the set project timelines. You'll have the same team throughout your installation, and we won't stop or move anyone around until you're completely satisfied. Our job sites are clean and safe—we mark off any unsafe areas, so you and your family know to avoid those areas—and our crews don't smoke, play loud music, or eat on the job. At the end of the work day, we leave your property tidy. Our plants come with a 90-day warranty and we only use and install artificial turf that is manufactured in the United States.

We offer responsive communication from start to finish. This includes firm, all-inclusive cost estimates and detailed, easy-to-understand agreements with no surprises. If there are weather or material delays, we'll let you know immediately, and you'll receive daily project updates via phone, e-mail, or text. Your project coordinator is your one point of contact from start to finish, so you know where to go with your questions. Our office manager is also available every day from 9:00-5:00.

Our goal is to create a smooth, transparent experience for you. This includes design turnaround within 14 days and estimates within seven days, along with a timeline and process you can rely on. At the end of the project, we'll do a detailed walkthrough with an in-depth explanation of everything we did to make sure you're satisfied with our work, and we'll provide information on how to maintain your new space. After 90 days, we do a follow-up visit. At this follow-up visit, we will check all aspects of the work we have performed. With projects that include plants, we will include a complete fertilization of those plants, with projects that include irrigation, we will make sure everything is flowing as it should.
