Bill’s front entryway was initially lackluster, with outdated hardscaping and poor drainage. Greenway revitalized this space with modern Belgard pavers featuring charcoal edging, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The planters were also reimagined, incorporating new irrigation and mature plants to create a more inviting curb appeal.
In the backyard, the pool was in disrepair, requiring a complete overhaul. Greenway resurfaced the pool with new plaster, waterline tile, and coping, added safety handrails, and designed a raised bond beam with an integrated water feature, making the pool area a true luxury retreat. The surrounding cracked concrete patio was removed and replaced with matching Belgard pavers, ensuring seamless continuity from the front to the backyard.
The landscape itself was struggling, requiring excessive irrigation, and lacked functional entertainment spaces. Greenway removed the large hedges that disrupted the space, replacing the inefficient sod with lush, American-made artificial turf for a low-maintenance, water-efficient solution. Additionally, we installed new vinyl fencing to enhance privacy and security while integrating 3' wide planters for a natural aesthetic.
One of the most exciting transformations was the addition of a raised wood-like paver patio, which now serves as a dedicated outdoor living and dining area. To ensure safety and visual appeal, Greenway incorporated modern cable rail fencing, separating the entertainment space from the sports court below.
Bill’s original full-size tennis court was too large for his needs, so Greenway resized it to fit a pickleball and basketball court. We refinished the court, installed a new basketball hoop, applied pickleball lines, and introduced ball retrievable netting to maximize usability.
