Fill out our contact form or give us a call to get started, and we'll follow up within 24 business hours to discuss your project, timeline, and budget. We'll schedule a 15-minute Discovery Call to learn more about your outdoor vision.

This is our opportunity to get to know each other. On the Discovery Call, you'll tell us all about your project. We'll ask plenty of questions and give you some ideas that you might not have considered. If we're a great fit, we'll schedule an on-site visit to walk your property with you. If we're not a great fit, we'll be happy to make some referrals to companies that might be better suited for your project.

We'll visit your property to take some photos, videos and measurements. This typically takes about 30-45 minutes, during which time we'll discuss your vision and give you a few ideas to help you meet your goals. This is a great time to ask questions! If we identify any potential landscaping issues or challenges, we'll discuss those with you, as well. 

We'll determine whether a design is required or if we can proceed without one. If your project doesn't need a design, you'll receive a proposal within 10 days. If your project does require a design, we'll do a 3D design and collect 100% of the design fee. We can typically deliver these designs within four weeks and will set a delivery date with you.

If a 3D design is part of the work we’ll be doing for you, we'll deliver your 3D video design in person, via video conference call or email to give you a clear idea of what your finished landscape will look like. You'll have an opportunity to provide feedback and discuss revisions to the plan. If revisions are required, we'll schedule a meeting to discuss them. After you approve the design, we'll prepare the project cost estimate for you within seven days.

Once the design is approved and the agreement is signed, we'll accept a deposit from you and get you on the schedule!

Before work begins, your project manager and the installation crew will walk your property with you to get everyone on the same page and ready to work! We'll paint and rope off areas to help you visualize the project and inform our team of where everything will go. After collecting another payment, we'll start the project. You can expect us to arrive on time, work diligently and safely, and keep you updated on our progress. 

When we're done, we'll walk the property with you one more time and let you sign off on our Satisfaction Checklist to make sure you're happy with what we did. We'll collect the final payment, show you how everything works, and give you the information you need to maintain your new landscape. In 90 days, we'll visit to check that everything is working well and looking great!
